I’ve recently been really loving all of the episodes of 99% Invisible. It’s about design, but in a much larger, expansive sense. It’s about the design of experiences of all kinds, of architecture, of the processes that we don’t see or think about because they are mostly invisible.
And that’s how I feel about good craft and skill and design - it’s humble and, if it’s excellently done, goes nearly unnoticed except by those of us in on the secret.
