Twitter's New Behavior

               

This is interesting. Twitter started highlighting the words/letters as they go over your 140 character limit.

Initially this confused the hell out of me. For the first couple of seconds, because I had copied and pasted this quote, I thought I’d somehow managed to copy the formatting and text highlight as well.

I’m not sure this behavior is ubiquitous enough to make this new feature all that helpful. What do you think?
